Recent InnoVia enhancements include (as seen in NNEREN Nuggets):
- PowerPoint Slideshow displays have been restored and expanded to other property types (besides residential)
- “Generic" Admin Reports with 4 and 6 photos and full display have been added.
- A "Market Pulse" report has been added, with stats on closed transactions by property type by calendar month, including median sold price and days on market. Results can be narrowed by firm/office/agent.
- "Days on Market" has been revised to reflect the listing-to-contingent date interval (or the listing-to-pending date interval if contingent status is bypassed)
- InnoVia will now automatically resize listing photos up to 2MB in size (photos larger than 2MB must be manually resized prior to upload)
- Numerous “Coded Features” have been added. Be sure to review coded feature options when entering a new listing or searching for a property with a specific characteristic.
