New Log Out Process
A new log-out process has been incorporated into InnoVia which avoids issues caused by pop-up blockers, and allows a listing to be saved automatically if a user is logged off as a result of inactivity during the listing entry process. Session status information advising on the time remaining until logoff now appears in the message window at the bottom of InnoVia screens. Users can click on the “Refresh Session” button (adjacent to the message window) at any time to reset the session timer.

Recent InnoVia revisions:
• Non-MLS listings, when converted to “MLS Listing”, are now reflected as new in the InnoVia Hotsheet
• The Firm Market Share Report now includes a “Firm Totals” option which allows report results to be totaled for multi-office firms.
• Search by Owner Name has been added to long-form search for all property types
• NAR Homes Sold Report now reflects contingent status listings within pending totals
• Address field now sorts alphabetically regardless of capitalization in one-liner
