Step 1.
Log into InnoVia and click on your name in the upper left hand corner. This will bring you to your Agent Profile Page in InnoVia:

Step 2.
You need to enter your "wireless email address" as seen below. For AT&T it's your phone number followed by @txt.att.net. For Verizon it’s your phone number followed by @vtext.com. Check your carrier’s web site for your phone if you have another provider. Be sure to SAVE your changes before you exit.

Step 3.
Your customers will now have a new icon in their listing cart. If they click on this icon they can send you a text message immediately.
They write the text and you will see it in seconds on your phone.
A good way to test this is to set yourself up as a prospect in InnoVia and send messages to yourself to try it out.
