I asked the staff at NNEREN to let me know what are the most common input errors that result in fines and here is their list:
An expired or withdrawn property cannot be listed as new unless it has been expired or withdrawn for more than 30 days.
Virtual tours must be unbranded. This means no indication of office name, agent name, email address for agent or company website or as part of an URL to a virtual tour.
Public Remarks/Directions. Comments cannot say – “call” (for any reason) - because this may steer business to the listing office.
All listings must have some compensation as a dollar amount or percentage.
Listings cannot be entered as new in Pending or Closed status for comp purposes only.
No Open House information in Public Remarks or Directions. There is a separate section for Open Houses in the listing maintenance and Open Houses can also be entered on http://www.nneren.com/ .
Photos must be posted within 5 business days.
Listings must be entered within 48 hours.
Sold or leased must be entered within 48 hours.
Change of status must be entered within 48 hours.
Contingency status - When placing a listing in “Contingency” status, the date entered is the date the listing went under agreement with contingency, not the date the contingency must be met, such as financing commitment date.
