• Option to Show/Hide Attachments Now Available
The listing agent can now determine whether attached documents will be available via customer displays of their listings (which can be emailed by any user to customers and clients). To restrict attachments, access the listing maintenance screen for the subject listing, then change the “Hide Attachment Y/N” selector to “Yes” (the default position is “No”). As a result, attachments will no longer be available in customer displays for that listing.

• New “Market Share by Office Reports”
Available. MarketLinx has just completed new statistical reports which are modeled after market share reports formerly available in Ambiance. To view these reports, select “Market Share by Office Reports” from the “Reports” menu on the InnoVia home page. These reports offer the opportunity to quickly determine relative performance by firm or office via a simple “one-liner” output.
