It's Getting Better

I had an agent in my InnoVia Training class who asked me how to show a potential seller the current activity in the greater Manchester area. I did a mapped based "Cross Property " search and asked InnoVia to show me all pending and contingent listings. In other words properties currently under some kind of contract.


The result was over 200 properties currently (3/23/09) either pending or contingent. I think the point here is that properly priced properties are starting to sell.
